Why a course?
Reading a book is not the same as studying a book! Study is not learning by heart. Study is not uncritically copying data.
In order to evaluate and/or appreciate data and make them one’s own, one first needs to understand the data which includes the definitions of the words used. Study is a familiarization with written or spoken material to the point of full understanding. The intent and purpose is to be able to actually and practically use the information.
It has been found that when words are not defined, questions go unanswered, confusions remain and a subject or model is only half or incompletely understood. A mental fogginess and other undesirable phenomena occur which almost always lead to an inability to apply the subject, model or parts of it.
We wish to support Michael Tellinger in assuring that those who represent UBUNTU Contributionism fully comprehend and can confidently express the true intent of the UBUNTU Contributionism model without deviation.
To put it bluntly, if reading is mere consumption, then study is the full digestion, extracting the nutritious principles, understandings and data and letting go what is of no immediate use or mere ballast.

How it came about
The MGT Institute for Consciousness has many years of experience in the area of education and study technology. Observing the UBUNTU Liberation Movement worldwide since 2015, we saw that in several countries the message was not fully understood and even misrepresented to the point that Michael Tellinger had to interfere to bring it back on track.
It should be noted that this course is not a direct offer from the UBUNTU Liberation Movement but an initiative originated by three members of that movement in Germany, who offer their facilities and expertise to the UBUNTU Contributionism community, for a small fee (during the transition period) of which 10% is donated to the UBUNTU Liberation Movement.

Methodology
Many of us have suffered through years of schooling in the old system and are not always enamored with the idea of doing courses or cramming data into our skulls. Therefore we offer an alternative non-classical, non-cramming learning system where the students learn in their own pace, decide what they wish to examine in depth and what not.
One of the consequences of bad schooling is that one gets the idea for example that one can’t understand subjects such as ‘banking’, ‘double bookkeeping’, ‘government’, ‘economics’ or even ‘mathematics’. What one often does not realize is that such disabilities and confusions which make such subject unapproachable may just stem from missed definitions. The whole idea is to get barriers of non understanding out of the mind so the student can know and apply what he wishes.
Another unique feature of our approach is solving any mental barriers encountered in study. We all tend to have emotional attachments to words, this may create unnecessary barriers to empathic understanding. Emotional bias concerning words such as ‘system’, ‘organization’ ‘communication discipline’ ‘rules’ etc. usually stems from bad examples or bad experiences one encountered earlier in life. One of the techniques we use clears up such negative associations replacing these with the positive and ideal definitions we should be using. That we found helps a great deal to make it easier to practice what one read and learned.
Instead of a lot of lecturing and more or less passive listening there is a brief introduction to proven study technology concepts followed by students working in tandem to achieve a full and accurate assimilation of the study material in their own pace.
In a cooperative fashion the student teams clarify everything even the slightest confusion or lack of understanding with their partner and a coach or course guide. The socratic method is part of the standard methodology and contributes to student’s ability to demonstrate competence.
