Introduction of the concept and description of what we call Life Coaches and a brief sketch of the kind of training that would be required to equip life coaches with the competences needed to fulfill their intended roles.

- Mankind must learn to cooperate in order to survive.
- Intelligent communication with empathy and understanding is needed for cooperation to take place.
- Mankind has been using money (old paradigm) as a means of control and a substitute for communication.
- Individual need of clearing confusions concerning inner and outer space
We envision the role of a life coach as someone who can function as a stable point in a rapidly changing environment which inevitably will create some confusion in the minds of people who are still in the old paradigm. We do not consider this as a kind of opinion leader, we prefer that a Life Coach has the communication ability to help someone to clear up any confusion and find his own clear opinion on a subject.

The context thus is a re-organizing society, a paradigm changing world. As we are moving from a competitive atmosphere, with debt money and economic growth as the supposed and actual driving forces to a society characterized by cooperative individualism and the free flow of information, reactions and conflicts are bound to arise.
We need individuals who are capable of withstanding the stresses and uncertainties involved in all this. They should have a clear vision of the general direction in which we are moving, which is from a society controlling and subjugating individuals in every aspect of their lives and thus with minimal responsibility, to a new type of society.
That is a society with individuals, who are themselves free of ego fixations and able to take responsibility for themselves and their immediate environment.
A recent example of re-actionary behavior is the attempt in Austria to facilitate a 12hr workday, this is clearly old paradigm. Now the interesting thing is that demonstrations to protest such measure equally are old paradigm. A well trained and informed life coach would know about the problem-reaction-solution strategies. These are parts of the old paradigm just as is the divide and rule policy.
The training requires
At the MGT Institute for Consciousness Exploration we have experience with communication training as that is our main tool to increase consciousness. Communication is our primary tool in Consciousness Exploration. In order to lift up material and undesirable influences from the past life of the individual or collective unconscious, communication skills are of the essence.
One of the first things to consider is that a life coach has to be able to confront motion, confusion, unpredictable happenings etc. and stay her ground. The next thing is awareness of what is really going on on planet earth in terms of politics, media, religion, economics, banking, medical cartel, history, science, mind control, education and perhaps even exo-politics.
This requires some study and having the resources as well as the facility to differentiate and eliminate false data, fake news and deliberate attempts at deception to withstand efforts at mind control or attempts to trigger the subconscious.
One must be aware that language itself is not only used to communicate but also to trigger calculated archetypical items below conscious level subliminally or otherwise. Certain words/symbols induce for example feelings of guilt - all which is covered in the literature. This was for example developed and used by Edward Bernays who according to Wikipedia was an Austrian-American pioneer in the field of public relations and propaganda. He initiated the heavy use of Freudian psychology to influence people’s behavior with subliminals and other methods.
The common denominator of all the above is communication.
The responsibility for one’s own communication has to be restored, since communication is the tool to create realities.
